It's never like your mistake effected a poor person and it's ok if we do not say a sorry. Gratitude should never be accountable to stature. It's independent and above all. So everyone deserves a sorry when you have caused some inconvenience. Your stature increases when you show gratitude and become humble with people who are below you.
